Coated Industrial Bearing Rollers are universal integrated guiding components for heavy-duty automation, material conveying and precision transmission. Adopting composite structure with metal roller core and elastic outer coating, matched with built-in double sealed precision bearings. It effectively solves common defects of all-metal rollers, including loud running noise, slipping deviation and workpiece surface damage.
Available with 3 kinds of roller cores: 45# carbon steel, 304 stainless steel and aviation aluminum alloy. Outer coating materials include industrial PU, natural rubber and food-grade silicone. Integrated high-temperature vulcanization ensures strong bonding strength, anti-peeling, anti-tearing and anti-aging performance. Adjustable hardness ranges from 60A to 95A to balance mechanical rigidity and shock absorption. Pre-filled with industrial long-life grease to realize dustproof, waterproof and maintenance-free operation.
Manufactured in accordance with ISO industrial standards with fully standardized dimensions, highly interchangeable with our full-series industrial bearings and guide rollers.
