Installation Guide

The CY-A flange mount design allows quick installation through four bolt holes on the flange. Simply drill matching holes on your conveyor deck or work surface, secure with bolts, and the unit is ready. For best performance, ensure the mounting surface is flat and clean. The ball protrusion height can be adjusted by adding or removing shims under the flange.

Maintenance & Service Life

CY-A ball transfer units are pre-lubricated and sealed for typical industrial environments. For dusty or wash-down conditions, we recommend the stainless steel ball option with additional sealing. Under normal continuous operation, expect 12–24 months of service before noticeable rolling resistance increase. Relubrication fittings are available on request for heavy-duty applications.
